my topsite banner was a top hit number, now its just gone along with my account....WHY?? I had to re-sign up just to post a compliant. Whats the go??

| I have been going through the list and deleting accounts that we can not find our button on. I still do not see the button is it hidden somewhere ? |

Its been there since the 29th August 2007, I still have the original welcome email that you sent.
Its a great shame, we WERE up to 3rd or 4th on your top list, all them votes now just gone :-( , after all it was not like we were on the end of the list, wish you had sent an email of the deletion warning :-/
I can re add us to the Topsite, but can we redeem all the lost votes at all?
